CALL FOR PARTICIPATION

Scope

 “International Test Conference” organized by IEEE has long been the world’s premier conference dedicated to electronic testing and validation. In order to lead our semiconductor community forward with increasing globalization and worldwide cooperation, IEEE launches this new conference, namely “International Test Conference in Asia,” (abbreviated as ITC-Asia) since 2017. This year’s conference will be located again in Taipei, Taiwan, on Sept. 23-25, 2020, for people around the globe, to share state-of-the-art test and validation technologies for emerging electronic systems.

Program Highlights: 2 Keynote Speeches, 1 Panel Discussion, 3 Half-Day Tutorials, 1 Full-Day Embedded Forum, more than 10 Invited Talks from Industry, and 24 State-of-the-Art Technical Papers.

  • Keynote 1: Machine Learning in Test Data Analytics, by Prof. Li-C. Wang (University of California, Santa Barbara)
  • Keynote 2: Hardware Root-of-Trust for Cyber Security, by Prof. Mark M. Tehranipoor (University of Florida)
  • Panel Discussion: Holy-Grail of IC Testing, Co-organized by Prof. Shi-Yu Huang and Prof. Li-C. Wang
  • Tutorial 1: Testing of In-memory Computing Memories, by Jin-Fu Li (National Central University, Taiwan)
  • Tutorial 2: Physical Unclonable Functions: from Circuit Implementations to Security Applications, by Dr. Kent Chuang (PUFSecurity Inc.)
  • Tutorial 3: Improving Effective Yield/Reliability of Digital Circuits via Approximate Testing Based on Error-Tolerability of Humans/Machines, by Prof. Tong-Yu Hsieh (National Sun Yat-sen University, Taiwan)

Submissions

Call for Participation：ITC-Asia 2020 will transit into a physical (on-site) and virtual (on-demand) conference. We will have in-person conference in Taipei and provide overseas attendees an on-demand conference afterwards. Virtual registration is only for the oversea paper authors and attendees who are not able to come to Taiwan for participating this conference. For virtual participation, recorded videos for the invited talks and 24 State-of-the-Art Technical Papers will be provided one day behind the conference day for a month-long assessing on-demand.
