Supporters

This year’s 25th Anniversary Edition of ETS is organized by Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech), Estonia, which co-sponsors the event jointly with the IEEE Council on Electronic Design Automation (CEDA). The 25th ETS will run as the first virtual format version of the event and carries a slogan “25 == 1”, which emphasizes the unbreakable spirit and will of the community. The global outbreak of Coronavirus has created a unique opportunity and privilege to organize the first-ever, and hopefully the one and only, virtual European Test Symposium.

ETS’20 is the result of hard work of many dedicated volunteers involved in the technical and organizational activities. We wholeheartedly thank all of them for their significant effort to put together this edition of ETS.

We particularly thank the ETS’20 corporate supporters: Advantest, Cadence, Infineon, iROC, Mentor a Siemens Business, Qualcomm, Ridgetop Europe, RoodMicrotec, Testonica and TSSI for their financial sponsorship and continued support to ETS.
