DATA YOU NEED - VTS'06 PANEL |
Dear Colleague, We are conducting a survey on this in preparation for the panel discussion in the upcoming IEEE VLSI Test Symposium (VTS'06) entitled "Three Questions to Oracle" co-organized by Kee Sup Kim (Intel) and Mohammad Tehranipoor (UMBC). We would greatly appreciate if you take a moment and fill out the survey at http://www.csee.umbc.edu/~tehrani/survey_panel_VTS06.php We have designed the website very friendly and filling out the survey will not take more than 2-3 minutes of your valuable time. The results of the survey will be sent to those who filled out the survey and also will be used during the beginning part of the panel in a "Family Feud" style game. Again, we appreciate you taking the time to participate in this survey. The survey will be available until the beginning of VTS'06 (1 May, 2006). Warmest Regards, |
