ITC2021 offers the full range of tutorials, papers, panels, workshops and posters, all online so you don’t have to leave your desk to attend.

ITC Testweek starts Sunday October 10 and Monday October 11 with 12 tutorials, 6 on each day, 3 each in the morning and afternoon. There are two tutorials on automotive test and reliability, two on machine learning, and one on the hot new topic of silicon lifecycle management.

ITC proper starts Tuesday with a keynote by Chih-Yuan Lu, President, Macronix International Corp., Chairman and CEO, Ardentec Corp on “Future Prospects of Semiconductor Memories --- Advancements and Challenges.” We have two other Keynotes and two Visionary Talks on Wednesday and Thursday.

ITC continues with four parallel sessions, two per day, on a wide variety of advanced test topics. We also have sessions highlighting the best papers from ITC India and ITC Asia, and the finals of the TTTC McCluskey Thesis competition.

Four panels, held at the end of the day, cover system level test, I/O test, test standards and automotive test.

On Wednesday there is a poster session, where short talks on each poster will be given and attendees will be able to interact with poster presenters in a virtual poster room.

Throughout ITC the virtual exhibit floor will be open, allowing attendees to attend presentations on the latest test products and talk with representatives of exhibiting companies about their test needs.

ITC Testweek ends Thursday and Friday with two great workshops. The first is the ART2021, the IEEE Automotive Reliability and Test & Safety Workshop 2021. The second is a new workshop, SLM, the 1st IEEE International Workshop on Silicon Lifecycle Management.
